Review Guidelines

Last updated October 29, 2026

Reviews help travelers decide where to go and what to book. These are the rules for reviews on Ready Set Go Adventure, so you can trust what you read.

What you can review

  • Tours shown on our tour pages (for example our Sedona tours), if you took the tour yourself.
  • Ready Set Go Adventure itself: our destination guides, the Trip Planner and the community.

Who can write a review

  • Signed-in members with a confirmed email address. Your review shows with your display name.
  • One review per tour, and one about Ready Set Go. You can update yours at any time; the update gets the same quick check.
  • You can't review a tour you run, work for or compete with, or one you were paid or given something to review.

How we check reviews

Every review is checked by our team before it appears, usually within a day. We publish every honest review, positive or negative. We never hide, delay or reorder reviews because they're critical, and we don't edit what you wrote. We only decline a review that:

  • is spam or advertising;
  • is abusive, hateful, threatening or harassing;
  • isn't about the tour or about Ready Set Go;
  • shares someone's private information (phone numbers, addresses, full names of guides or other travelers who didn't agree);
  • comes from someone with a conflict of interest (the business, its staff or a competitor);
  • isn't based on a real experience.

If we decline your review, we email you the reason, and you're welcome to write it again within these guidelines.

No rewards for reviews

We don't pay for reviews or give anything in return for them, and we never ask for only positive ones. When we ask after your trip, we ask everyone, the same way.

Our replies

We may reply to a review. Replies are clearly labeled "Reply from Ready Set Go".

Reviews from Viator and Tripadvisor

Tour pages also show reviews collected by our booking partner Viator and by Tripadvisor. Those are shown as Viator provides them, in a separate section, and are not checked or edited by us. We earn a commission when you book some tours through our links; that never affects which member reviews we publish. See our Affiliate Disclosure.
