Day Trip Passport rules
Who can have one
- Any Ready Set Go Adventure member with a confirmed email, 13 or older. A younger child's trips go on a parent's passport.
- One passport per person. No second accounts.
Stamps
- Tap Been there on a Day Trippin' spot to stamp your passport. Past trips count. Please only stamp places you've really been.
- One stamp per place.
Photo Verified visas
- A visa needs a photo of you (or your group with you in it) at the place: taken in the app there (your phone's location is checked against the spot, about a mile), or uploaded from the trip (the photo's own date and place are checked). Anything else gets a quick look from our team.
- Your location and the photo's date and place are only compared, never saved. The photo is saved without them.
- Only your own photos. No other people's children without their parent's OK, and nothing from cliff edges, closed areas or off-trail spots.
- Never use the app while driving.
Holder levels
- Bronze: 1+ places
- Silver: 4+ places
- Gold: 10+ places
- Platinum: 25+ places, with half of them Photo Verified
- Diamond: 50+ places, with half of them Photo Verified
- Legend: 100+ places, with half of them Photo Verified
- A place counts once. Levels never go down.
Fair play
- A photo that isn't yours, or a faked one, loses its visa. A second time suspends the passport.
- Badges are just for fun: no cash value, they can't be sold or moved, and they aren't NFTs or crypto.
Privacy
- Your level shows next to your name in the Community. Your stamps and badges show on your profile unless you turn that off (place names only, no dates, no home area). Visa photos are private unless you turn them on, and photos with children are never shown.
- You can turn sharing off any time; deleting your account deletes your passport.
We may add places, badges or rules; if a place is removed, your stamp stays. Questions? Contact us. RSGA Team
